Q1: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can place the order as a quest, but you lose the ability to come back and check your order(s).
We highly recommend you create an account for this reason.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We use PayPal for our payment gateway so you can either use your PayPal account or pay by Debit/Credit card.
Q3: What shipping methods do you provide?
A: We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
The free delivery service is Royal Mail Second Class.
The faster delivery is Royal Mail 48 hr tracked, There is an extra charge for this service.
Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: As our products are made to order, we normally take 3 working days to produce the order. This can take longer during busy periods.
If you need it quicker please let us know prior to placing the order and we will do our best to comply with your request.
Q5: What is your return policy?
A: All our products are made to order. If you are not happy with the quality of the product that you recieve and we will issue a returns note. You will pay for the return.
If the product is recieved damaged, we will pay for the reurn at no cost to you. You must provide image(s) showing the damage.
